The guideline to avail such services is given below-

• NRBs should have Non-Resident Investors Taka Account (NITA)/FC account with a Commercial Bank (Authorized Dealer).

• Transactions will be made through NITA / FC accounts operated by the account holder or his Nominee/Authorized persons.

• NRBs can invest in IPO, Pre-IPO placement and in the secondary market.
